Permission is granted to use Fibra Bot in your Discord servers for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:
- You must not use the bot for any illegal purposes.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the bot's code.
- You must not exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities.
- You must not use the bot to spam or harass other users.
3. Service Availability
We strive to keep Fibra Bot online 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available through a subscription. Payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fibra Bot, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
